Frequently asked questions

Can I change plan later?: Yes, at any time. Moving up charges only the difference for the days left in the period. Moving down takes effect at the next renewal, because the current period is already paid.
What if I need more users?: They're added from your account whenever you need them, on the plans that charge per additional user. The new amount applies from the next renewal; removing users doesn't generate a credit because the current period is already paid.
What happens if I cancel?: Service continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Your receipts are kept, because the law requires you to retain them, and you can export them before you leave.
Do I need to be an electronic issuer to use it?: No. You can invoice with NCF as always. If your company is an electronic issuer, or is in the process of becoming one, you turn on e-CF with your own certificate and your own RNC; the authorization before the DGII is your company's, not ours.
Will you help us migrate from another system?: Yes. We import your clients, products and invoices from a file, and tell you which rows didn't make it and why so you can fix them and upload again.
