We come, look and ask. Often the stated problem isn't the problem, and starting to build without that visit gets expensive.

Propose with numbers
What gets done, what it costs and how long it takes, in writing. If there's more than one route, both are explained with their downsides.

Deliver in stages
After hours when production has to be touched, with a rollback prepared before we start.

Stay afterwards
A project doesn't end when it works: it ends when the team knows how to use it and who to call.
If you decide to stop at any step, we hand over what's done and the documentation. We don't hold back paid work.
