What data we collect, what we use it for and what you can require of us.

What we collect

The data you give us when creating an account or writing to us: name, email, phone and company. And the technical data usage generates: IP addresses, browser and access logs.

What we use it for

  • Providing and billing the service you contracted.
  • Answering what you ask us.
  • Detecting improper access and protecting your account.

We don't sell your data and we don't pass it on for commercial purposes.

Who has access

Only ISI staff who need it for their work, with their access logged. ISI does not enter your account: it can see the administrative data of your subscription, not the content you manage inside the product.

How long we keep it

For as long as the relationship lasts and as long as tax and accounting rules require. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it or ask for its deletion from your account or by writing to info@isi.com.do. Deletion has a grace period in case you change your mind.
